Getting started

1. Click Add to Slack to install Statify
2. Open the Statify app in your Slack sidebar
3. Click Connect Spotify in the Home tab
4. Play a song on Spotify:your status updates automatically within 5 seconds

Common issues

• Status not updating:make sure Sync is enabled in the Home tab and a song is actively playing (not paused)
• Spotify not connecting:try disconnecting and reconnecting from the Home tab
• Status not clearing:pause or stop playback on Spotify; the status clears within 5 seconds
• Wrong timezone:set your timezone in the Schedule section of the Home tab
• Outside schedule hours:if you have a schedule set, sync only runs during those hours on the selected days
